Our clinicians

The Las Vegas menopause clinicians who assess you

Hormone therapy is a prescription medicine with real contraindications. Who signs that prescription, and what they trained in, is a fair question to ask before you book anything. For patients in Las Vegas, in person or by video.

  • Licensed clinicians only

Why this page exists

The questions to ask any provider

Anyone comparing menopause providers in Las Vegas is mostly comparing marketing copy, since the clinical differences do not show up on a homepage. Menopause care has attracted a lot of new services, and the quality varies more than the marketing suggests. Four questions separate most of them, and they apply to us as much as to anyone else.

Who assesses me, and what are they licensed to do? Is a clinician reviewing my history before a prescription is issued, or is a form doing that? What happens if the first dose does not suit me? And who do I contact if something goes wrong at nine on a Sunday evening?

A service that answers all four plainly is usually a service worth using. One that deflects any of them is worth a second look before you hand over a card. More on that in stages of menopause, treatments we offer and common questions go further into it. Put all four to us before you book in Las Vegas, and judge our answers by the same standard you would apply to any other service.

What we commit to

How your Las Vegas assessment works

  1. A clinician reviews every case

Your history, your symptoms and your contraindications are read by a licensed clinician before any prescription is issued. No exceptions and no automation.

  2. Tell you who is treating you

Name, credential and licensing state, available before you book rather than after you have paid.

  3. Say no when it is the right answer

Hormone therapy does not suit everyone. Where it is contraindicated we will say so and go through what else helps instead.

  4. Book the review before you leave

A three-month review is part of the treatment, not an optional extra you have to chase.

Common questions

Las Vegas menopause care questions, answered

Answered the way a clinician would answer them, not the way a brochure would.

A licensed clinician who works in menopause care. Before your appointment you can ask for the name, the license number and the state it is held in, and we will give you all three. If a service will not tell you who is prescribing, that is worth noticing.
It is a credential awarded by The Menopause Society to clinicians who pass a competency examination in menopause management. It is not required to prescribe hormone therapy, but it signals that someone has trained specifically in this area rather than treating it as a sideline.
Yes. An intake form is not a prescription. A clinician reviews your history, your symptoms and your contraindications, and where something needs clarifying we will ask before anything is issued rather than after.
Wherever scheduling allows, yes, and continuity genuinely helps with dose adjustment. If your usual clinician is unavailable, whoever you see will have your full record and the reasoning behind previous decisions.
Ask for one. We will provide your records, your test results and a summary of the reasoning so another clinician has everything they need. A decision that cannot survive a second look was not a good decision.

Patient reviews

Las Vegas patients on their hormone therapy

★★★★★

I had been waking three or four times a night for two years and had been told it was just stress. The consultation actually went through my cycle history. Six weeks on a patch and I am sleeping through.

Rebecca H.

★★★★★

What I wanted was someone who would talk about the risks honestly rather than sell me something. They walked through the clot data and why a patch suited me better than tablets.

Marguerite O.
Henderson
★★★★★

The brain fog was the part nobody warned me about. Having a clinician tell me it was a recognized symptom and not early dementia was worth the appointment on its own.

Denise W.
Summerlin
★★★★

It took two dose changes before things settled, which they had told me upfront might happen. The three-month review was booked before I left the first appointment.

Next step

Ask us the four questions first in Las Vegas

Who assesses you, whether a person reviews your history, what happens if the first dose does not suit, and who you reach out of hours. Any provider should answer all four without hesitating.

Consultations are by appointment. Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate.
